Payment Terms & Options
All orders require payment in full. Payment options are all accepted through Pay Pal (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal).
Shipping Options & Fees
Shipping is via Fed Ex Ground or Flat Rate USPS (default). Shipping window is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation date for orders. You will receive tracking information for your order once it has shipped. Shipping fees will be billed separately in a final invoice.
We are not liable for any delivery delays incurred by the carrier. We ship domestically & internationally.

Returns, Cancellations & Special Orders
As our products are made by hand, slight variations may occur. All returns must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of merchandise and needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Retailer is responsible for shipping cost for returned goods. We do our best to ensure your order is packaged and shipped safely; we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
